Stuffed Pepper Rectified + Photos





ingredients:
8 red peppers or (yellow and green) fat and high raw
Filling:
½ kilo of ground muscle or other meat of your choice
½ cup (tea) of uncooked rice washed
Other Ingredients:
50 grams. minced and fried bacon (optional)
1 large onion, grated or chopped
1 cup (tea) chopped parsley
½ cup (tea) chopped green olives (optional)
½ cup (tea) of grated cheese (optional)
1 pinch of nutmeg or cumin (optional)
1 teaspoon (tsp) filled with salt or
1 tablespoon "Onion Soup" Industrialized
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1 teaspoon (tsp) or (soup) of fresh ginger grated
1 roll stale, wet and squeezed
½ pepper lady finger without seeds chopped

Option II:
The same filling up can take a half cup (tea) of washed raw rice.
