Mixed paella

Mixed paella
ingredients:
1 cup of rice 250 gr.3 tablespoons (soup ) of corn oil3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1 cup ( tea) of chopped or grated onion2 pinches of saffron ( Spanish)1 dose of wiski or dry white wine
vegetables:
1 raw carrot diced very small100 grs . of fresh or frozen peas200 grs . of fresh mushrooms , orKeep drained , rinsed and chopped1 large red bell pepper cut into small piece1 yellow pepper, cut into small pieces1 cup (tea ) of pods cut into small pieces (optional )1 cup of broccoli in bouquets or cauliflower (optional )15 Brussels sprouts ( mini cabbage )
Fish Stew :2 liters of cold waterHeads , bones and scraps of fish , washed well without the eye of the fish1 tomato cut into four 2 stalks celery integers, 1 leek , cut in the middle, 1 onion cut in four , one branch of cinnamon sticks, 3 slices of ginger
How to Prepare :
