Paulaquinha Para festa Junina - III Options

Ingredients:

1 cup peanuts roasted and ground without red skin
½ cup of sifted raw manioc flour
2 large cups of sugar (250 grs each)
2 tablespoons (coffee) of salt
3 tablespoons (tablespoons) of frozen margarine is (optional)
You can substitute peanuts for Brazil nuts or cashews.

Way of preparing:

Grind roasted peanuts or cashew nuts in processor or blender.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Cut a paper into rectangles and roll up to make the cartridges to place the paçoca. Do as many as needed.

For Junina Party put the colored cartridges


II - Option:

Ingredients:

1 large glass (250 ml) of cow's milk, or what is needed
1 teaspoon grated ginger

Way of preparing:

Toast the peanut, remove the red skin, then grind in the processor, blender, or meat grinder.

Mix in a pan the ground peanuts with the sugar and the milk, bring to the fire until the soft point is reached

Grease a shape with butter, place the candy still warm, spread well, shape into squares, with a knife.

Cut the pieces, let dry for 12 hours, covered with a sieve
You can do it in polka dots if you like.

After the candy is ready, put it in paper cups.

For Festa Junina put in colored bowls, one of each color

Shelf life of 3 to 5 days out of the refrigerator
