Orange and Diet Passion Mousse

Orange and Diet Passion Mousse
Ingredients:
1 can of sour cream without the whey, or a canister
10 teaspoons of sweetener (30 drops), or what you need
4 beaten gems
4 egg whites pasteurized in firm snow
1 cup (tea) fresh orange juice, without the seeds
1 tablespoon of powdered gelatine or 12 grams
5 tablespoons cold water to moisten the gelatin
1 tablespoon (grated) grated orange peel, only the orange part does not put the white part of the rind that bitter
Other Ingredients
2 cups (tea) orange wedges without white skin, cut in half, mint leaves to taste.

Way of preparing:
Moisturize the gelatin water with 5 tablespoons of cold water, let stand for 5'minutes, then dissolve in a water bath, or in the microwave for 20 seconds.

Passion Fruit Mousse
Ingredients:
1 cup of dietary condensed milk see the recipe below.

Way of preparing:

Beat the condensed milk in the blender, the passion fruit juice, then add the dissolved gelatin, and "hot" beat for five minutes
Place the blender mixture in the egg whites very slowly, mixing from the bottom up
Put to chill for 2 to 4 hours
Before serving, place the passionfruit syrup
Syrup:
1 passion fruit with seeds
Sweetener needed
Condensed Milk Dietary
1 cup of milk powder
½ cup (tea) sweetener powder for oven and stove
½ cup of boiling water
1 tablespoon margarine
Beat all the ingredients in the blender for 5 minutes
Note:
You can exchange the juice for another fruit of your choice.
The only juice that can not put gelatin is the pineapple, which does not incorporate into the dough,
If you want to use pineapple juice boil with sweetener powder for 30 minutes, let it soften.
