Chicken Risotto + Base For Any Risotto + Photo



For Beginners -
Ingredients:
2 cups of arboreal rice (rice for risotto)
1 cup of grated onion
2 tablespoons butter does not serve margarine, or corn oil
1 glass of 200 ml dry white wine of good quality
5 cups (tea) vegetable broth
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Other Ingredients:
1 pound of bone-in thigh without bone already cooked
100 grs. Preserved mushrooms, washed and chopped
1 carrot, cut into cubes, cooked
1 cup frozen peas.
100 grs. Of grated Parmesan cheese
Homemade Vegetables Soup:

You can make the homemade vegetable stock by cooking several vegetables covered with water, without any fat.
Onion, carrot, tomato, celery, parsley with stem, pore garlic, bay leaf, and others of your preference, one unit each
If you prefer you can use vegetable broth in tablets, decrease the salt. Not the same thing.
How to Prepare the Risotto:
In a large saucepan place the butter and onion, let the fire until wilting.
Then add the arboreal rice, mix for another 5 'to 8' minutes, stirring constantly, with a spoon of long handle.
Add the white wine stir well until it is absorbed.
Gradually put the vegetable stock, one conch at a time, stirring constantly, until finished.
Add after the ready risotto, the chicken, the mushroom, carrot, peas and grated cheese.

Frozen Pea:

You can make with only one of the ingredients that follows: Shrimp, lobster, clams, octopus, fish without spine in cubes (cacao), cod among others.
Poultry already prepared previously, without the skins and without the bones. "You can use whole bone wrap".
Cooked or pickled vegetables, washed chopped: artichoke, mushrooms, heart of palm, asparagus, or zucchini, carrots and other stews.
Note:
When you add the other ingredients to the risotto they should be very hot.
 The risotto is very moist.
