Ham Chop Stuffed Rectified II Options
WARNING - SPECIAL CARE:

Use Industrialized or homemade mayonnaise
* Beware of mayonnaise made with eggs * The durability is small.
The mayonnaise sauce can not stay too long out of the refrigerator that sour and can give many intoxication problems.
Ingredients:
8 thin slices of ham
8 slices of pineapple without crumb
8 or 16 cherry tomatoes
8 tablespoons (mayonnaise) sauce
2 tablespoons (soup) filled with pickles assorted chopped
2 tablespoons green olives cut into thin slices. (optional)
8 or 16 black olives pitted
2 feet of very large lettuce
2 lemons (juice), or what is needed
Olive oil needed to season lettuce
Way of preparing:
Wash the lettuce to reserve 8 beautiful leaves, wipe.
The rest of the lettuce chop very fine.
 Season, the whole leaves and the prunes with oil and lemon, with a pinch of salt.
Filling:
Mix the chopped pickles with the mayonnaise, if you like you can add chopped green olives. (optional).
Put some of that stuffing in a slice of ham roll.
Do the same with the rest of the other slices of ham. Book it.
Arrange a leaf and lettuce on a small plate of lettuce, on the side lettuce cut, a slice of pineapple, in place of the crumb place black olive without the core.
Decoration:
Put the cherry tomatoes over the cut leaves
Mayonnaise Without Egg
II - Option:
Ingredients:
1 large boiled potatoes with peel
1 medium cooked carrot
1 cup of boiled and already cold cow's milk (coffee).
1 cup extra virgin olive oil (coffee)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 spoon mustard (optional)
Way of preparing:
Cook the potatoes with peel, then cooked peel cut into small pieces.
Cook the carrot in thin slices.
Put in the blender milk, olive oil and a little potato
Chopped
Switch on the appliance and gradually add the remaining potato and carrot, finally the salt.
If the batter is hard add more milk and more olive oil in equal parts.
If soft, add more potatoes.
