Suggestion for Brazilian Elderly Lunch II Options

1. Simple white rice, can substitute for the integral

2. Simple, cooked, lightly kneaded bean curd for a dense broth (thick) seasoned with garlic or onion salt

3. Zucchini grated in the thick drain, braised with onion oil salt, put after ready parsley + diced stem

The Brazilian mania has put 3 times more salt than allowed by the World Health Organization.
