Zucchini Cookie and Pancake Dough

Ingredients:

2 medium green zucchini grated in thick coarse

Other Ingredients:

2 cups sifted wheat flour or nec essary
½ cup of tea or milk
1 tablespoon dry chemical yeast powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs

For Frying:

½ liter of soy or corn oil for frying
1 small and high pot
paper towel to take away the fat

Way of preparing:

Wash well the zucchini, scrape the parts that are bruised, dry, grate in the thick drain.

Place the grated zucchini in a bowl and add the eggs, salt and milk. Add wheat flour as needed to form a thick dough, that is, do not fall from the spoon, finally the yeast, mix everything very well.

Put the pan on the fire with the oil, when you heat, lower the fire, go putting the mass of the cookie in small quantities with two tablespoons one with the mass and the other to remove

Leave a space between them that grows a lot.

Fry the zucchini cookies until golden brown, turn and fry on the other side,
Put on paper towel to remove excess fat.
Serve as an accompaniment.


Note:
With the same dough you can make the cookies with various vegetables.
grated carrot, chopped cabbage, vegetable stems, grated chuchu, raw spinach, chopped cauliflower and broccoli, leftover steaks, chicken leftover, leftover fish remains, chopped lettuce, ripe pumpkin grated in the thicker drain.

Pancake:

Bake for gratin.

Pancake Cake:

Put a pancake disk in a refractory, top filling, and put alternating pancake disc and filling.

Fillings:

Organic yeast is for dough, we have the fresh and the powder granulated.
