Tagliatelle with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs + Photos




Ingredients
½ pound fresh noodles
For every 100 grams of pasta go 1 liter of water
A thread of oil.
Meatballs from Nonna Antonieta
Ingredients:
½ pound of beef muscle, duck or the meat of your choice
1 ½ liter of homemade tomato sauce or
350 grs. of sauce ready with 3 glasses of water, leave in the fire until reduce in half
½ cup (tea) corn oil
1 tablespoon (sugar) sugar or 1 whole medium peeled carrot, serves to remove the acidity
Other Ingredients:

2 large chopped onions
10 chopped green olives
50 grs. grated cheese
3 tablespoons of flour, or what you need until you roll
1 tablespoon pepper sauce
1 tablespoon fresh basil minced
1 tablespoon chopped mint
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon full of salt
1 teaspoon (baking powder) of chemical baking powder

2 whole eggs

Way of preparing:
Put the meat in a large bowl, add the eggs, and all other ingredients, mix well.
Make the meatballs all the same size.
Lightly fry the dumplings, then add the tomato sauce to the fire until cooking

How to Prepare the Noodle:
Put a large pot 5 liters of cold water and the wire of oil.

Leave on the fire until "AL dente".
Drain, the noodles, over the tomato sauce with the meatballs
If you like you can sprinkle grated cheese on top.
