Soup of Cauliflower + Cauliflower II Options + Photo


Ingredients:
2 cup (tea) bouquet of cooked cauliflower
1 glass of cold water
2 glasses of cold milk
2 tablespoons corn starch (cornstarch)
2 tablespoons parsley with chopped or finely chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon butter or 2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon pepper sauce (optional)
4 cloves garlic, chopped (optional)
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tablet broth (optional)
50 grs. of grated cheese to sprinkle before serving
If you put the meat stock does not carry salt
Tips:
If you do not like white soup, see below for more information.
If you want the green or carrot-colored soup, whisk in the blender a handful of parsley stalks with a little coarse water. Or a small carrot beaten with water and tapped (use only liquid)
Way of preparing:
Blend in the blender a (1) cup of cauliflower cooked with the glass of water and the beef stock tablet. Book it.
In a medium pan fry the butter until the onion is wilted, add the garlic, fry again without burning.
Pour the blender mixture into the pan, bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Dissolve the corn in the milk, put in the pan slowly and slowly, stirring constantly until cooking.
Add the rest of the heated cauliflower to the microwave.
After the ready soup add the chopped parsley.
Before serving sprinkle grated cheese.
II Option:
You can exchange the cauliflower for broccoli.
Do the same as the cauliflower soup.
