Eggplant Quibe With Soy Beef + Chef's Secret

Ingredients:
2 large eggplants or (½ pound) cut in half by length, then make square squares of the pulp

Way of preparing:
Put the first 3 ingredients in a pan, bring to the fire, slowly adding the milk until the point.
If you put cream, remove the puree from the fire let, then add the cream and then slowly add the cream.
Return pan to low heat, stirring constantly until heated, not boiling.
Ricotta cheese:
II - Option:
Ingredients:
½ liter of boiled cow's milk

Way of preparing:
Bring to a boil in a medium saucepan, 1 cup boiled milk, add the margarine, allow to dissolve, make the same with the ricotta, add the salt, add the rest of the hot milk slowly until a homogeneous cream is not very soft nor hard.
Once well dissolved, whisk everything in the blender.
Finally cream of milk.
Take the refrigerator in small pots, or in tuperware with lid, until hardened.
Always store in refrigerator.
NOTE:
The above curd serves as the basis for making pates, split into several pots.
 Put in each pot an ingredient different from the other, that is, the (flavor).
1 Crushed black olives
