Breast of Peru Smoked For Christmas + Farofa Sweet

Chest of Peru Smoked in Fruits:
Ingredients:

1 big smoked turkey breast sliced

Other Ingredients:

1 or 2 cups melon (tea) cut into balls
1 or 2 cups of papaya papaya cut into balls
1 or 2 cups (tea) apple cut into balls with lemon juice not to darken
1 cup (tea) pineapple compote cut into small pieces
1 cup (tea) of roughly chopped walnuts
1 bunch of white grapes without seeds
You can put other fruits in balls:
Mango, watermelon, kiwi etc.


Sauce Ingredients:

1 cup of mayonnaise
½ cup of yogurt or sour cream

Decoration:

Whole lettuce leaves, grated carrot on thin cherry tomatoes.
Nuts in half, raisins without seeds (optional)
½ cup cherry in drained syrup, (optional)

Way of preparing:

Cut turkey breast thinly sliced ​​with electric knife
Cut the fresh fruits into balls with the ball
Cut the walnuts roughly.

How to prepare the sauce
Mix mayonnaise with yogurt

Mounting mode:

Sweet Farofa With Fruits

Ingredients:

l cup grated or minced onion
1 cup (tea) celery stalks finely chopped optional or
l cup of (tea) raw carrot grated in thick coarse
l cup of black plums in syrup, drained, marinated
l cup of grated cheese or catupiry cheese
2 cups salt or salt biscuit
2 cups (tea) cornflour
4 small green apples, not grated rind in thick coarse
200 grs. of chopped or ground walnuts
1 cup corn oil, or 3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon of salt

How to Prepare the Farofa:

Fry in oil, celery, onion, apples.

If it gets too dry add a little more oil or water.
Note:
Make the farofa with the salty biscuit that gets much better.
