Smoked loin with Brazilian fruit
Ingredients:
1 whole smoked sirloin
Other Ingredients:

1 glass of orange juice
½ cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons of shoyu
1 teaspoon of spicy paprika
1 cup of clove of India
Fresh fruit:
6 to 10 washed whole peaches
6 to 10 whole fresh figs. open at the time of serving
10 pineapple slices, peeled and diced
10 fresh cherries to put in the center of the slice of pineapple
4 whole apples washed or 1 cup apple balls with lemon juice
4 small pears washed, peeled cook with red dye, or beet juice, or gooseberry.

For Christmas and New Year:

Add:
1 cup chopped walnuts in half

Serving Mode:
