Traditional Cheese Bread - II Options


Ingredients:

½ pound of sweet sprinkles
1 large beaker of oil (250 ml)
1 large glass of milk (250 ml
4 large whole eggs
200 grs. of cheese half cure grated
1 teaspoon salt or to taste in moderation

Way of preparing:

Put in a medium saucepan, milk with oil, bring to the boil.
Separately pour the sprinkles into a large bowl, add the milk and the hot oil slowly and slowly, stirring with a large spoon to scald the sprinkles.
After mixing well, a homogeneous mass, that is, very smooth.
Then add the eggs one at a time, put the salt and the grated cheese last.
Spoon into buttermilk pie wedges or spoonfuls on baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 300 º C (the oven temperature is 300 º C), electric oven.
Serve very hot, inside paper cups.

 
II Option

Cheese Bread With Manioc

Ingredients:

250 grs. cooked cassava and squeezed, or grated in the thick drain. Heavy without shell.
1 cup of tea) of sour sprinkles (125 grs.)
1 large egg
1 tablespoon of oil
1 ½ cups (tea) (150 grs.) Of mozzarella or half-grated cheese grated in the thick drain.
 ¾ cup (tea) (50grs.) Finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
(remember that the cheeses already have enough salt).

Way of preparing:

Mix all the ingredients.

Make the balls, leave them to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven 200 º C until lightly colored.
