Pasta with Meat Sauce and Dry Mushroom


Ingredients
500 grs. of pasta (long) Linguine
50 or 100 grs. of grated Parmesan cheese
For the Gravy:
300 grs. duck or the meat of your choice
1 liter of homemade tomato sauce, or 350 grs. of industrialized sauce, dilute with one liter of water
2 large chopped onions
1 handful of dry mushroom (glass) See below for instructions
1 piece of cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano (optional)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon of sugar or a carrot

How to prepare the sauce:
