Salad That Was Served On Father's Day




Ingredients:
1 or ½ bunch of arugula, do not cut the stem
1or 2 feet of lettuce mimosa whole leaves
2 ripe Palmer mangoes cut into cubes
1 box of cherry tomatoes
10 canned mushrooms, drained washed
10 purple olives (Chilean)
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 green apple cut into thin strips
½ pineapple cut into small pieces
1 Bahia orange peeled and without skin cut into buds.
150 grs. half curing cheese or grilled or fresh cut into small cubes
150 grs. of diced ham (if using the Parma
2 tablespoons of capers in oil.
