Pancake Dough and Filling






Ingredients :
1 cup of 200 ml of cow's milk
200 grs. of wheat flour (one cup)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 pinch of chemical baking powder (optional)
Way of preparing:
Put the milk and oil in the blender.
Beat until well blended, add flour slowly and slowly until finally the chemical baking powder is finished.
The dough should be consistent almost liquid, that is, not thick.
Grease a non-stick frying pan with a wire of oil,
Take it to the heat until it is warm, remove the oil with paper towels.
Pour a medium shell of the dough into the hot pan, turn the pan so that the dough is spread throughout the length of it,
Medium heat until cooked, turn and do the same procedure on the other side.
The dough should be very thin.
Once finished, place it in a dish towel until all the pancake discs are finished.
How to Fill:
1. With the disc open place the filling in the middle and wrap, Cover with tomato sauce and grated cheese
2.Draw the stuffed pancake in a triangle shape
3.Take a bundle, tie with a bunch of chives, (Throw chives in boiling water, then in cold water) to shrivel and model.
4.You can put the parsley in the dough with the stem beaten in the blender (coar is optional)
5. Swap the parsley for spinach, carrot, beet, do the same.
Filling:
Meat and vegetables and Cheese:
400 grs. ground beef of your choice
½ red bell pepper cut into cubes
2 large tomatoes without seed skins
1 garlic only white piece cut into thin slices
1 medium onion, cut into cubes
1 cup (tea) green olives cut into thin slices
3 tablespoons (soup) of parsley with the chopped stalk put after the dish ready
2 tablespoons oregano
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons corn oil

Way of preparing:
In a large pan fry the meat in the oil, add the peppers, tomatoes, garlic, pork, onion and cinnamon, leave in the fire until cooked.
When finished, add the parsley, oregano and the olives.
Let the filling cool to stuff the pancakes.
Side dish:
Italian tomato salad (fat and big) +, mango
Dessert Coconut Mousse
