Simple Salad For Elderly Or Child + Photos





Ingredients:
2 ripe peeled tomatoes cut into slices.
½ small cabbage cut thin
Seasoning:
½ teaspoon (salt) just to season the cabbage.
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of wine vinegar or lemon.
The tomato is cut into thin slices (without seasoning).
If you prefer to season the tomatoes equal to cabbage

Way of preparing:
Wash and peel the tomatoes as if it were a well-beaten orange peel, then cut into thin slices.
Put the tomatoes on a flat plate, one side dish on the other
Wash the cabbage place on top of a white kitchen board.
Cut the cabbage in half, then with a large knife (make carefully) cut thinly, just as you do with the cabbage, remove the thick stalk of the cabbage.
Put in a sieve, rinse with running water.
After seasoning with the salt and vinegar, squeeze to remove all the water, finally the olive oil.
If it gets too acidic, add a tablespoon of filtered water.
Tips:
If you do not have practice, loosen the leaves of the cabbage, remove the thick stalk, place one leaf on the other 3 to 4 leaves at a time. Fine cut.
Wash well
If you do not like raw cabbage, sauté with olive oil and onion until wilted.
