Stewed Fruit Syrup Diet

1 kilo of pear, or peach, pineapple, peeled
and cut into pieces, except the pears are whole and peaches in half

SAUCE FOR FRUIT JAM:

3 tablespoons (soup) shallow of powdered sweetener
Spices:
2 pieces of cinnamon stick
6-8 cloves of India
2-4 star anise (optional)
2 thin slices ginger
½ pepper lady finger seeded cut in four of the length (optional)
Can replace the fresh pepper for pepper in a tablespoon of beans (tea)
1 liter of water or the need to cover the whole fruit
1 cup (tea) dry white wine
Other ingredients (optional):
2 tablespoons sweet or sour cassava starch
2 tablespoons (soup) of white wine to dissolve the powder

Way of preparing:

Place the pear one side by side with the cabinhos facing upwards, or the fruit you chose, cover with water, pour the wine, the sweetener and spices.
Bring the pan to high heat so it come to the boil, lower the heat, let cook until the fruit is cooked.
Dissolve the flour and the dry white wine, pour in the pan before removing from heat mixing well until thickened and the flour is cooked.
Keep in a cummerbund or sterilized glass with screw cap.
Store in the refrigerator, for reasons that have no preservative.
