Fusilli with Sauce Cod

ingredients:
1 packet of fusilli pasta-tricolori (with vegetables)
grano hard

Other Ingredients:

½ pound of flaked cod soaked for 12 hours
1 liter of homemade tomato sauce or
1 can of sauce 500grs. tomato sauce ready
add three cans of cold water. (1 ½ liter of water)
½ pound of chopped onion
1 cup (tea) chopped parsley with stems
½ cup (tea) of chopped chives
1 leek white part only thinly sliced
3 stalks of celery without leaves sliced ​​into bite
½ cup corn oil
1 teaspoon (tsp) grated fresh ginger
1 piece of cinnamon stick

Other Ingredients II
1 jar of 500 grams of canned mushrooms drained
cut in half or cut cabbage into thin slices

How to Prepare:

The day before, wash thoroughly with plenty of water cod.
Then place the cod in a bowl covered with water,
inside the fridge changing the water multiple times.
Past 12 hours, drain well, take all the water.
Sauté celery in oil, then add the leek onion, when wilted add the tomato sauce and (for tin) cans plus the 3 measures of water, ginger and cinnamon.
Leave cooking to reduce the water and get a thick sauce. Add the cod, leaving 10 'minutes in the fire.
When finished cooking, turn off the heat, remove the cinnamon stick. Add the parsley and chives.
And finally the mushrooms.
Cook the pasta "al dente" with 5 liters of water, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon (soup) for 6 'to 8' minutes.
After drained throw in the sauce, mix well
Place on a platter and garnish with round pitted black olives and cherry tomatoes.
It does not take shredded cheese.
