Cod's Economic Vera Helena
(6-8 portions)

ingredients:


1 pound of flaked cod soaked for 12 hours
600 grs. Potatoes cooked in shell
1 cup (tea) onion, chopped fine drizzle
2 tbsp of corn oil
3 tomatoes peeled, seeded

Follow up:
1 dish of broccoli cut into bouquets pre cooked
1 large glass of palm
3 medium carrots cut into thick slices
1 cup (tea) of pitted black olives

Other Ingredients:

2 cups cold milk cow
2 tbsp (tablespoons) flour
2 tablespoons (soup) of butter
1 can cream without serum

How to Prepare a White Sauce:
