Meat With Burdock And Salad And Dessert




Ingredients:
½ kg of ground beef (duck) or the meat of your choice

1 plate deep-cooked burdock, cut into thin slices.
What is Burdock?
Burdock is a long thin root of brown color, used in Japanese and Chinese cuisine.

How to Prepare the Burdock
Wash the burdock root, cut into pieces 20cm, peel.
