Beef salad (muscle) + Photo






Ingredients:
½ kilo of cooked muscle cut into small pieces
2 to 3 liters of water

Other Ingredients:
3 large onions cut into small pieces (washed)
1 cup (tea) tight finely chopped parsley
½ cup (tea) green onions cut into rodelinhas
Spices:
1 tablespoon (soup) shallow salt
½ cup red wine vinegar or white vinegar
2-3 tablespoons (olive oil
½ pepper lady's finger, seeded and without the white ribs (optional).

By Heart:
1 cup of purple olives with pits
1 tomato cut into thin strips seeded

Way of preparing:
