Homemade Beef Croquettes
ingredients:
½ pound of beef , cooked and ground
defatted and nerves
spices
2 % by weight of meat salt, or
1 packet of onion soup
1 tablespoon (coffee ) pepper finger prick or girl
1 spoon ( soup) of hot sauce to taste
1 tablespoon dried oregano or
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (optional )
1 teaspoon or (tablespoons) grated fresh ginger
2 spoons (soup ) full of grated Parmesan cheese
2 spoons ( soup) of bread crumbs or flour , or the required
1 cup ( tea) of chopped parsley
1 cup ( tea) of grated and squeezed onion ( without the water ) , or dehydrated onion
½ cup ( tea) of chopped green olives
1 pinch of nutmeg (optional )
1 pinch of ground bay (optional )
2 large whole eggs
For coating :
1 bowl of flour
4-6 beaten eggs
1 plate of breadcrumbs
How to prepare:
Grind the cooked meat. Reserve .
Place ground beef in a bowl , add the onion soup , the onion grated , oregano , or basil , pepper, ginger, nutmeg , ground bay olives and chopped parsley , grated cheese , eggs and rosdca of flour to give point to curl .
Make the rolls types gnocchi thin 5 ' to 8 ' inches in length .
Skip the croquettes in flour , the beaten egg , then in breadcrumbs .
