Cod Stew With White Beans II Options
ingredients:
4 thick slices of cod 500 g. each desalted
Other Ingredients:
400 grs . cooked white beans
½ cup of tea oil
½ cup of green tea chopped chives
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped parsley
8 boiled potatoes into thick slices
4 red peppers , seeded cut into thin strips
200 grs . large black olives
4 hard boiled eggs cut in half (optional )
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil before serving to put
1 leek white part only cut into rodelinhas
2 stalks of celery cut into rodelinhas
seasoning :
1 teaspoon (tsp ) or ( soup) of grated ginger
1 pepper chopped finger girl without seeds
1 spoon (soup ) shallow salt
How to Prepare :
Choose beans, washing and cooking do not need soaking .
Season with oil and garlic and salt .
Place the cod to soak in the fridge changing the water in 4 hours 4 .
Simmers for 5 ' minutes , put the cod , remove the skins and spines divided folded into large flakes .

Option - II :
