Rice Pressure Cooker
ingredients:
1 cup (tea) of raw rice washed
1 ½ cup (tea) of cold water
1 spoon (soup) of oil
1 large clove garlic, cored cut into small pieces
2 slices of raw ginger (optional)
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
How to Prepare:
Place in a pressure cooker:
Water, salt, washed rice, oil, garlic, and ginger slices, cover the pan.
Bring the pan to heat, when it starts to boil, lower the pin, and fire.
Let cook for 5 '(five) minutes.
"CAN NOT PASS THE 5 '(five) MINUTES"
Turn off the heat and let cool until all the steam out.
Open the pan, stir well to loosen the grains.
Cover the pan again and let stand 5 '10'Minutos with the fire off.
Before serving, stir well, remove the slices of ginger.
