Economic pudding

Economic pudding

ingredients:

1 small loaf French 50 grs. Stale, or
50 grs. English biscuit or sweet biscuit
1 cup caster sugar
2 cups of milk
4 large whole eggs
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon grated or shredded coconut


How to Prepare:

Wet the bun stale milk, let stand five minutes to put

Beat the eggs in a blender, add the milk, without squeezing the wet bun, sugar, butter and grated cheese to put last.

Grease a pan with butter and then place the caramel syrup, or honey or Karo.

Medium preheated oven 180 º C during 45 minutes

Bake in a water bath-shaped hole in the center of pudding molds or 70 grs. each


Note:
 
The Economic Pudding is also called fake custard pudding, that is, it is just like custard pudding.
