Cod Dore
ingredients:
1 pound fresh cod put in fine
2% of fish weight of salt
½ cup of lemon juice, strained
For coating:
6 beaten eggs, and
6 egg yolks and 4 egg whites beaten together
1 shallow dish of wheat flour
Other Ingredients:
1 cup oil for frying
1 saucer tea chopped parsley and chives
How to Prepare:
Wash the fish, season with salt and lemon or sauce
