Banana the Milanese
ingredients:
6-8 bananas cut into two pieces, if very large cut in small pieces 3 cm.
1 cup oil for frying
Other Ingredients:
2 teaspoons (tsp) of corn oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) of breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs are toasted stale bread crumbs, or crushed
in a blender or food processor.
"Not to be confused with cassava flour" which is a tuber.
(1 teaspoon (tsp) of cinnamon powder (optional)
How to Prepare:
Peel the bananas pass in the oil, then the flour,
into the beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Put oil in a pan and let heat, add the bananas, lower the fire not to burn, turn on all sides and so golden brown, remove with a slotted spoon.
Move to a plate covered with paper towel to remove all the fat. If you need to cover with paper towel.
Serve bananas a platter.
Arrange a banana side by side.
Accompanies any dish of meat, chicken, or fish.
