Strawberry Cream

Strawberry Cream
ingredients:
350 grs. fresh ricotta mashed
1 ½ cups (tea) of cow's milk ice cream
1 can cream without the cold saline
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry jam:
½ pound of ripe strawberries washed
8 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
1 spoon (soup) of lemon juice

How to Prepare:
Clean the strawberries, wash, cut in half.

In a medium saucepan, place the strawberries with sugar,
lead to fire, stirring constantly, when boiling add
lemon juice.

Leave the fire for 15 'to 20'minutos or until the strawberries are cooked. Remove from heat and let cool.

How to Prepare Cream Strawberry:
Cut the ricotta and mash with a fork.
Blend the strawberry jam.

Place the strawberries in a bowl smoothies, milk ice cream
the cream without (serum).

Once well mixed add the ricotta and mashed
mix well, until a homogeneous mass.
Put in bowls, jars or plastic disposable
with a lid.
Take the refrigerator for 4 hours.
If selling put into pots with lids 90 grs.
