Prunes Stuffed with Coconut and Walnuts

ingredients:

1 pound of black plums and soft

  Other Ingredients:

1 plate of freshly grated coconut
1 bowl of sugar
6 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence of coconut or nuts
l saucer crushed nuts

How to Prepare:

Cut the plums on one side and remove the seeds, opening to stuff as much as possible. Use kitchen scissors.

Make a sweet mole with shredded coconut and sugar, let it cool

Beat the egg yolks well beaten and stir the coconut candy, put the vanilla essence.

Light the fire again stirring up to be rolled, that is until the bottom of the pot, lastly add the crushed nuts.

After the candy ready, fill the plum with the help of a spoon, sprinkle over sugar. Place in paper muffin cups.
