Potato Filled with Pressure Cooker

ingredients:

2-3 large potatoes unpeeled 12 inches each
Filling: I
Cream cheese cup
1 or 2 cans of drained tuna
  filling II
Cream cheese cup
100 grs. ham processed (ground)
filling III
Ground beef sautéed with your seasonings
Curd to taste

filling IV
Cooked sausage, then braised with onions quite
Curd to taste
How to Prepare:
Wash the potatoes whole raw. Dry with paper towel.

Wrap each potato with aluminum foil 40 cm

Place the potatoes on top of the foil wrap as it were a packet.
Fold the foil over the potatoes.

Then fold the left side over, then right to the end and wrap the foil.
Place the packets inside the pressure cooker, one next to each other. Cover with cold water.
The amount of water two (2) fingers over the potatoes.
Once started boiling (simmering)

Lower pin, leave for 10 'to 15' cooking on low heat

Then turn off the heat and let the pan cool down alone, without opening the lid.
Once cooked potatoes cut in half without going to the end.

Dig potatoes, so that it is space for putting the filling.

Knead with a fork the core warm, mix with cream cheese and drained tuna.

Stuff the potatoes.
Depending on the filling, can put grated parmesan cheese on top, or until the filling.
Serve potatoes accompanied by a salad of lettuce with cherry tomatoes.

You can also serve with a corn cob cooked.
For every person is a stuffed potato
