Buckler of walnuts Vera Helena


Ingredients for the cream:

200 grs. butter
250 grs. ground walnuts or cashews
2 cans cream without serum
1 cup (tea) of sugar
4 egg yolks, beaten

syrup:

1 cup milk
1 cup (coffee) cocoa liquor
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder or chocolate

Other Ingredients:

2 packages cookie english

Decoration:

100 grs. cherries in syrup drained
100 grs. milk chocolate, melted in a water bath
200 grs. chantilly

How to Prepare:

Beat in mixer the butter with the sugar and the egg yolks until a cream-white and fluffy, add the crushed nuts then add the cream without serum and becomes a hit. Gets a very thick cream.

In a saucepan place the milk chocolate powder, leave the fire for ten minutes, then let cool and the syrup.

Line a rectangular shape with aluminum foil, so that on paper to cover the entire buckler


At the bottom of the pan put a layer of biscuit English only wet the underside, with chocolate syrup

The second layer is very thick cream nuts
The third layer is the English biscuit dipped in syrup
There are three layers of biscuit
Merge the layers until the ingredients finish
The last layer is Cookie

Fold the foil and take the refrigerator for six hours.

Unmold by placing the cover melted chocolate
