Carrot Cake With Coverage - II Options
ingredients:
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 ½ cups (tea) of sugar
4-6 large whole egg
1 cup (200 ml) oil (shot glass)
4 carrots (root) raw medium peeled, cut into thin strips
1 spoon (soup) full of baking powder
1 spoon (soup) zest of lemon or orange peel (optional)
1 pinch of salt
How to Prepare:
Blend the eggs until frothy, then add the oil, make the beat, gradually add the carrot and go beating until it is well crushed.
In a large bowl place the sugar, baking powder, sifted flour and salt.
Make a well in center, pour the mixture from the blender, go mixing with a spoon high cable, until a homogeneous mass.
The dough is pretty thick, if it is too soft add more flour, if it gets too stiff add more beaten eggs.
Use a form with hole in center as well high, greased with margarine and sprinkled with flour.
Place dough in only half the height of the form.
Grows too much and may fall out of shape, burning inside the furnace.
Medium preheated oven 180 º C for 40 'to 60' minutes, or until golden.
To test whether roast is cooked, insert a toothpick into the cake if wet out he is still raw, leave a little more, (10 minutes) approx.
The cake is baked when sticking the toothpick and it comes out clean.

ingredients:
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) milk
1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder
1 or 2 tablespoons (soup) of butter
1 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarch (optional)
How to prepare:
Place in a saucepan, sugar, chocolate, butter, and cornstarch dissolved in milk.
After all the ingredients well mixed, take the fire stirring constantly with a long-handled spoon, until thickened.
Dump the "hot sauce" in "hot cake" allow to drain on the sides.
To serve place the cake on a cake plate porcelain or glass.
After cold. cut into chunks.
Serve with hot or iced tea of your choice.
Note:
The carrot is a root.
You can add a cup (tea) of cornstarch (cornflour) and add another half. (½) cup of sugar and one (1) egg.
