Smoked Turkey Breast with Fruit:
ingredients:
1 large turkey breast sliced smoked
Other Ingredients:
1 or 2 cups (tea) of melon cut into pellets
1 or 2 cups (tea) of papaya cut into pellets
1 or 2 cups (tea) apple cut into balls with lemon
1 cup (tea) of pineapple compote cut into small pieces
1 cup (tea) coarsely chopped walnuts
1 bunch of white seedless grapes
Ingredients Sauce:
1 cup (tea) of mayonnaise industrialized
½ cup (tea) of yogurt or sour cream
Decoration:
Whole lettuce leaves, grated carrots in thick drain cherry tomatoes.
Nuts in half, seedless raisins (optional)
½ cup drained cherry syrup (optional)
How to Prepare:
Cut turkey breast into thin slices with electric knife
Cut the fruit into balls with boleador
Cut the nuts coarsely.
How to Prepare the Sauce
Mix mayonnaise with yoghurt
Mode Assemble the dish:
A platter or stainless dishwasher, place the sliced turkey breast, so that the slices remain in the same direction, as if it had not been hacked.
