Whole Chicken Crusted Salt
ingredients:
1 good sized chicken
50 grs. only put butter after cooking
1 spoon (soup) shallow spicy paprika
Other Ingredients:
2-3 pounds of coarse salt
Not for tempera chicken with no seasoning.
Wash the chicken and dry with paper towel, rub oil all over the chicken (no oil).
Line the bottom of a tall pan with aluminum foil.
Place chicken without seasoning, cover with salt, a thick layer.
Bring the chicken to the oven to bake 180 º C until a hard crust of salt.
Before serving, break the salt crust with kitchen hammer.
Take the whole crust, place butter mixed with sweet paprika over the chicken breast, place in the oven for a few minutes to stain.
