ingredients:
Cream Nuts:
600 ml of cream
200 grs. unsalted butter
200 grs. sugar
150 grs. ground walnuts
4 large egg yolks
Other Ingredients:
300 grs. cookie cornstarch
1 cup of milk to wet the biscuits
How to Prepare:
Beat in mixer the butter and sugar until light, add the egg yolks one at a time, beating constantly.
Stir in cream churn nuts alternating with the cream gradually until finishing the two ingredients, beating constantly until the dough is smooth.
Grease with butter an ovenproof medium rectangular.
The first layer is cream nuts.
The second layer of biscuit is dipped in milk
The third layer is cream nuts.
Make layers until you finish the ingredients, the first and last are walnut cream.
If you want you can sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
Take the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
