Passionfruit Cream

Passionfruit Cream
ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can of juice passion fruit
(measured using tin condensed milk
1 tin of cow's milk
1 can of cream
1 spoon (soup) spoon of powdered gelatin colorless tasteless
5 tablespoons (soup) of cold water to hydrate the gelatin
5 tablespoons (soup) of cold water to dissolve the gelatin
1 tablespoon cornstarch (cornflour)
How to prepare:

Mix all ingredients, except gelatin, lead to fire up cooking corn starch.

Hydrate the gelatin and dissolve.
Stir the gelatin in hot hot cream.

Place in bowls or jars with lids.
Bring the refrigerator until serving time.

Garnish: (optional)
If you want you can put passion fruit over cream ready.

Make caldinha with juice and seeds, can thicken with an ounce of cornstarch to stay bright.
Pour over the cream caldinha passion fruit.
