Cream of the Gods - +5 (options)


I - Sweet Chocolate Milk:

Ingredients:

1 can of condensed milk cooked in a pressure cooker,see below the necessary information.3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, or to taste.If you want you can use chocolate bar melted in place of cocoa powder.
Mix sweet milk with chocolate powder until creamy dark chocolate if you need to add more powder.

 
II - Sweet Milk Pasty:

1 can of condensed milk or fresh milk homemade
How to Prepare:
Rinse the can of condensed milk to dust or any dirt, and also remove the label.
Cooking can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker for 30'ou 40'minutos, let cool in the pan without opening.
Then put the can of sweet condensed milk cooked, in the refrigerator and let it cool well before opening.


Note:
Careful when opening the can of sweet milk, if it is hot, splashes and burns those who are nearby.

III - Homemade Vanilla Cream
Ingredients:
1 large glass of milk, 250 ml1 spoon (soup) full of cornstarch1 spoon (soup) of butter2 spoons (soup) of sugar1 teaspoon (tsp) vanilla extract1 tbsp (tablespoons) finely grated lemon peel, green part only optional.2 large egg yolks beaten
How to Prepare:
Make vanilla cream, mixing the milk with the cornstarch, butter, sugar, lemon peel.
Bring the pan to heat stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until it thickens, finally add the vanilla essence.
Once ready pass the vanilla cream to a bowl to cool.
IV - Vanilla Cream II
1 can of condensed milk raw1 tin of cow's milk, using the same can of condensed milk1 spoon (soup) not too full of cornstarch
How to Prepare:
Mix the condensed milk with cow's milk and cornstarch dissolved in a little milk.Lead to fire until thickened.




V - Vanilla Cream with Coco:

2 boxes of vanilla pudding 85 grs. each2 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarch1 liter of cow's milk2 spoons (soup) of sugar1 small glass of coconut milk 200ml

How to Prepare:

Dissolve cornstarch in the pudding and cow milk, then stir in the coconut milk and sugar.
Lead to fire or until thickened by 10'MinutosAllow to cool well before use
Serves as stuffing or as mulch candy and cake

VI - Cream of the Gods:
1 can sweetened condensed milk1 can of boiled cow's milk or UHT milk,1 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarch250 grs. white chocolate, chopped and melted in a water bath2 notebook cream without serum, or tinned12 grams of unflavored colorless gelatin5 tablespoons (tablespoons) cold water to hydrate the gelatin2 egg whites firm
How to Prepare:
Wet the gelatin with cold water, then dissolve in water bath.Mix the condensed milk with cow's milk as it dissolved cornstarch.Bring to medium heat stirring constantly until thickened, for 10 'minutes approximately.
Melt the chopped white chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly moving without stopping.
Do not forget when you boil water, turn off the heat before placing white chocolate.
Mix the cream without serum, melted white chocolate, until a uniform mass, add the dissolved gelatin and hot and make the mix as well.
Finally throw this cream still warm in egg whites, mix well until a homogeneous mass.
Let cool in the refrigerator before using.
