Rolê Individual Meat
ingredients:
1 pound duckling cut into thin steaks
seasonings:
2% by weight of salt beef, or 1 teaspoon (soup) shallow

II - Filling:

2 tablespoons | (tablespoons finely chopped onion
Tomato Sauce:
500 grs. ripe tomato
300 grs. grated onion
4 tablespoons (soup) of oil
2 tablespoons (soup) of oregano
2 tablets of broth (optional)
100 grs. grated Parmesan cheese to put on top after ready
How to Prepare:
Cut the meat into medium steaks, season with salt, garlic and pepper, let stand for half an hour.
Then extend the steaks on a cutting board and place the filling.
A strip of carrots, a piece of sausage cooked without skin, a stuffed olive, onion piece, and a small dice raw bacon.
Wrap and tie with cotton string or toothpick.
To fill with stuffing II:
Extend the steaks on a board place the parsley and capers, onion slices of boiled egg and half the raisins.
Make the tomato sauce sauté onion and tomatoes peeled seeded in oil.
Leave cooking with a glass of hot water, put two hours, if you need to increase the hot water. Book
