M U S A K A GREEK DISH
ingredients:
500 to 800 grams . Duckling or topside ground twice
½ cup corn oil for frying meat
sauce:
1 liter of homemade tomato sauce , or sauce 1 can of concentrate , diluted with 1 liter of water
3 tea cups grated onion
1 cup ( tea) of clean celery sliced thin
2 garlic sliced thin pores , white part only
3 cloves garlic, cored , crumpled
1 piece of cinnamon stick or ½ teaspoon (tsp ) ground cinnamon
2 tablets of broth or salt to taste .
1 liter of hot water, to place gradually and slowly in sauce
2 sprigs of basil ( put only 10 minutes before the end of the sauce)
2 spoons (soup ) of capers .
1 teaspoon ( tsp) oregano (optional ) put a bit before finishing the cooking sauce.

How to Prepare :
