Sweetheart of Corn - (3 options)


2 cans of corn, drained and rinsed, or 6 medium ears of corn
l can sweetened condensed milk
l tin boiled cow milk (measured using tin condensed milk)
100 grs. dried shredded coconut
1 cup (tea) sugar or to taste is placed near the end of cooking

How to Prepare:

Blend the corn with the milk, strain through a fine sieve, discard the pulp.

If using corn cob, remove the straw, the hair strands.
Wash well in running water.
Place the spike on top of a plastic cutting board, cut the degrees and then scrape the cob close to take all the starch.
Then do the same procedure as before.

Place a pan cow's milk, condensed milk, juice already strained corn and coconut.
Lead to fire stirring constantly with a spoon out loud, when you're investigating is that almost puts the sugar to taste.
Let cook until the point of rolling, go to a bowl, let cool. Make the sweets the size of a brigadier.
If you want you can pass the sugar.
Place paper muffin cups in white, or daisy-molds.



II - Option

III - Option:
