Lasagna Oven - II Fillings
ingredients:
500 grs . lasagna packet
filling:
350 grs . of grated mozzarella on thin thick300 grs . of sliced ham or finely ground
I - Sauce:
1 pound of homemade tomato sauce or2 cans of sauce can be diluted with4 to 6 cans of water for industrial sauce1 spoon ( soup) of sugar½ pound of ground beef
seasonings :
4 large onions, chopped or grated4 tablespoons corn oil1 sprig of basil (optional )1 sprig of mint (optional )2 tablets of broth1 spoon (soup ) salt , or broth1 cup ( tea) of chopped parsley with stems2 cups hot water
How to Prepare :
Fry the meat with two tablespoons of oil .In a large pan fry the onion until wilted , then add the meat has braised add homemade tomato sauce , brothmeat , the two cups of hot water leaving the fire for 20 ' minutes, or until the sauce is cooked , not too thick.Five minutes before the end add the herbs . How to Prepare the lasagna :

White Sauce :
ingredients:
