ingredients:2 cups (tea ) of uncooked rice4 cups (tea ) of boiling water3 spoon (soup) of corn oil1 teaspoon paprika (optional )1 bay leaf2 slices of ginger1 teaspoon (tsp ) saltOther Ingredients :½ pound of cooked beef jerky50 grs . of chopped bacon1 cup ( tea) of grated onion½ cup chopped parsley and chives to tasteDecoration :3 boiled eggs½ pound of pork sausage cooked
How to Prepare Beef jerky :Wash the jerky running water , cut into pieces 2 inches .Soak covered with cold water for 8 to 12 hours.
The next day make washing the meat , put to cook in ordinary pot with enough water.Leave the fire for 2 hours or until tender meat .Once cooked drain the water . book .If you want , beef jerky cook in a pressure cooker takes 15 ' to 20' minutes . Allow to cool in the pan.
Pierce the sausages with a fork , place to cook covered with water , when cooked drain , rinse under the tap , cut into thin slices . Book .

To serve arrange on a platter of clay around the cabbage , the sliced boiled eggs and sausage to merge .The sprouts can be served separately.Place the portion of cassava flour .The cassava flour can sprinkle on top of the cabbage, is (optional ) .
