Rice With Meat Dry
ingredients:
2 cups of washed rice
4 cups of hot or cold water
seasonings:
1 level tablespoon of salt,
1 tablespoon of corn oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed cored or
1 medium onion, grated
Other Ingredients:
500 grs. nonfat dried meat cooked and shredded
2 large onions, grated
2 red bell peppers, chopped into strips or cubes
2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded
1 chili finger lady chopped seeded, chopped, or
1 spoon (soup) of hot pepper sauce
2 spoons (soup) of corn oil
1 cup chopped parsley
How to Prepare the rice:
Wash the rice, place in a saucepan with the water, garlic, oil, and salt, bring to the cooking fire, no need to fry.
Put the rice in a saucepan over high heat, in the middle of cooking, lower the heat cover and leave until dry, so the rice is moist. Book
How to prepare dry meat:
Rinse the dried meat, soak with water, in the refrigerator changing the water several times.
Then throw the water away, make a washing.
Put the dried meat in the fire covered with water, let it cook until soften the meat.
After the meat cooked, shred.
Sauté the meat dry with oil, add the tomatoes, onion, salt, then sauté well, add the peppers and let the fire for another 5 minutes, or until almost dry, lastly add the pepper. Book

How to Serve:
Put the rice in shape, tighten, turn on a platter.
