Pave Chocolates
ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cans of cow's milk
3 tablespoons (soup) of cornstarch
3 large egg yolks beaten
2 spoons (soup) of sugar or to taste
1 teaspoon (tsp) vanilla
Other Ingredients:
15 bonbons stuffed with minced waffel
3 tablespoons (soup) of chocolate powder
coverage:
3 egg whites firm
4-6 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
1 can cream without serum, or 1 box
How to Prepare:
Beat the condensed milk in a blender with the milk cow cornstarch, egg yolks, sugar.
Bring the fire until it becomes a thick, then add the vanilla, mix well.
I - Option:
Divide the cream into two equal parts.
The first one can add cream whipping cream without serum, or enough for the cream becomes thick.
In the second cream, add the chocolate powder lead to fire up to a boil let cool slightly before using.
Arrange the trifle in a rectangular refractory
At the bottom of the refractory place the chocolate cream
The second layer is well chopped candy kid or processed
The third layer is cream white
The fourth layer is well chopped candy kid
The fifth layer is the cover.
Take the refrigerator to put four hours, or until very firm
How to Prepare the Topping:
Beat in mixer the egg whites firm.
Then add the sugar and make some beating, stop the mixer and add the cream, mix well with a whisk.
If you want you can beat the cream separately and then combine the two. Egg whites and the cream.
II - Option:
You can add up to put the chocolate cream
100 grs. ground walnuts
1 cup raisins soaked in white wine and drained
Note:
Keep the trifle in the fridge until serving time.
