Crepes Chocolate With Nuts

ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups of milk tea
2-5 tablespoons of cocoa powder or chocolate
2 tablespoons ground walnuts
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon oil
3 whole eggs

Stuffing and Dressing:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can cow's milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon or tablespoon of chocolate
2 large egg yolks
1 cup of rum or liqueur nuts or cocoa liquor

How to Prepare:

Beat the eggs well beaten in the blender, then add the milk, oil, salt, flour and chocolate, ground nuts last.
Lightly grease a skillet with oil, take the fire to heat.
After that the heated skillet pour a ladle of the crepe batter.
Go around the pan so that the dough spread across the bottom of the pan, and be a very thin and colored mass.
Turn over and do the same thing on the other side of the dough.

Place the crepes under a napkin until ready to fill.

How to Prepare Stuffing and Dressing:

Blend the condensed milk with the egg yolks until well blended, then add a can of cow's milk, which is the same as condensed milk, vanilla essence, rum and cocoa powder.

After all the ingredients well mixed, take the fire in a double boiler, stirring constantly until it acquires a very creamy consistency, for about 15'a 20'minutos.

Once cooled cream filling the crepes with a small portion of the filling fold the dough into four equal parts.
