Cake Pancake
Bulk Green Pancake:
ingredients:
1 ½ cup of cow's milk
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt or ½ tablet of broth
1 pinch of sugar, serves to give golden color in the mass
1 cup parsley leaves and stems chopped (optional) or tea
1 cup (tea) of leaves of spinach smoothies in the blender then strained. The salsa need not blush.
1 tablespoon butter or corn oil
How to Prepare:
Beat the eggs with the milk, then add the other ingredients except butter or oil, make the hit, culminating in the already chopped parsley, let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Bring a frying pan to the fire to warm, greased with oil, when hot, lower the heat
Place a small pastry shell, and turns the skillet to spread deep inside.
The dough should be very thin
Spread a napkin on the table and go putting discs pancakes ready, cover with another napkin, not to resect the mass.
In a terrine, place:
First layer of white sauce
Second layer disc green pancake
Third layer white sauce
Fourth mozzarella layer
Fifth layer white sauce
Sixth cooked carrots, peas and cauliflower layer
Seventh layer ham
Octave white sauce
The last layer is tomato sauce and grated mozzarella put up
Bake gratin
If you want you can make two cakes pancake in the same way.
