Chantilly Diet
ingredients:
6 egg whites
1 can cream milk ligth without serum , well chilled
6 tablespoons ( soup) of own sweetener for oven and hob
4 tablespoons ( soup) of skimmed milk powder
1 teaspoon ( tsp) vanilla extract
1 teaspoon (tsp ) of clear unflavored gelatin
2 spoons ( soup) of water to hydrate and dissolve the gelatin
How to Prepare :
Beat in the egg whites electric mixer , add the sweetener and become the beating, until a homogeneous mass .
Disconnect the mixer add the milk powder at once , mixing with the beater manual clear .
After mixed well sigh with powdered milk , add cream and ice milk .
Hydrate the gelatin with two tablespoons of cold water , let stand for 5'minutos .
Dissolve the gelatin in a double boiler or in the microwave for 30 seconds when be fine net ,
Mix the warm gelatin slowly up the cream ( whipped cream diet) stirring quickly to incorporate into the batter.
Take the refrigerator for 4-6 hours before use .
Note :
Dietary Chantilly above , serves to cover cakes , pies , tarts . You can also serve with fruit , ice cream , pudding and stuffing cakes and mousse coverage .
