Cereal Diet for Weight Loss
Ingredients : For a meal:
1 cup strained tomato or carrot juice or papaya juice
1 spoon (soup ) and full of bran
1 spoon (soup ) and full of oat flakes
1 spoon ( soup) of pure honey (optional )
2 spoons ( soup) of industrial supply with vitamins and minerals strawberry or vanilla or cocoa ( chocolate) .
1 spoon (soup ) shallow soybean milk powder
1 teaspoon (tsp ) of barley
1 teaspoon ( tsp) toasted wheat germ
How to Prepare :
Place carrot juice in the blender , strain into a fine sieve and clean .
Rinse the blender add the strained juice of carrots, milk powder , honey , hit by 2'minutos or until thoroughly mixed .
